Hotel Alba Palace Florence

I absolutely loved the very cosy feeling of the hotel! the breakfast was way better than most in italy and had a variety of options. One downside was the limited room view. Truly a gem! 😊

I had a delightful stay at this charming hotel near Florence Railway Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for exploring nearby cities like Sienna and Pisa. The only downside was the compact bathroom, but overall a great experience.

We liked the hotel and Florence, had 2 good days there. The rooms were new-fashioned and non-smoking, had smoke detectors for safety. We was met by decent and attentive stuff at the lobby...

The room was super cozy and the balcony looked amazing for a sunny day, although we couldn't enjoy it due to the weather. The phenomenal breakfast with a wide variety of options was just incredible, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only downside was the slightly lumpy pillow, but it didn't really bother me during our short stay. Overall 👌 great experience!

Everything was very clean as always. Room was huge and beautiful, and with a nice decor. Staff was approaching with good service. The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from an indoor market hall. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with daily linen changes, and the location was perfect for getting around the city easily. The breakfast provided a good selection of food in a pleasant courtyard setting.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was unbeatable and very close to train station. All the staff was helpful, resolved my issues.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak also the bathroom I had was very small.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near the train station and main city sites. The early check-in was a great help, and there were plenty of nearby eating options. Surprisingly quiet room and good value for money.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to many attractions. You can easily explore the city or take day trips to nearby cities like Pisa or Siena. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a big bed, fluffy bath towels, and a kettle and fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to provide information and assistance. Plus, there's a delightful covered courtyard for breakfast and complimentary snacks and coffee available all day.

The WiFi can be slow at times.

The staff made my birthday special with free champagne. The location was perfect, close to the train station and city center. The room was clean with a smart TV, but the compact bathroom and slow sink drainage were minor inconveniences.

The hotel showed a convenient location, with easy access to major sights, Santa Maria Novella train station, and public transport to the airport. The common areas were comfortable, with a lounge area providing free drinks and snacks. The breakfast was good, with a variety of items, including eggs and bacon. The room was clean and comfortable, with USB sockets by the bed.

The bathroom was cramped, and the shower cubicle was even more so.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and bus depot, making it easy to get around the city. the breakfast included in the rate was absolutely spectacular, with a wide variety of freshly baked pastries and delicious coffee. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

One downside was that smoking was allowed in certain areas of the hotel. Even though our room was non-smoking, we could still smell smoke coming into our room from the courtyard below.

Fantastic location, just steps away from the train/tram stations for easy access to day trips. the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of choices. the room was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. there were several good pizza restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was lacking a floor towel and didn't have enough space for our belongings. the wifi was unreliable and often didn't work.

My recent stay at Hotel Alba Palace was fantastic. I was in Florence for a short vacation and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location of the hotel is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from SMN station and close to popular landmarks such as Uffizzi, Ponte Vecchio, and Duomo. The hotel's covered courtyard for breakfast was delightful and they also offered complimentary snacks and coffee throughout the day at the small lobby bar. The unique feature of having a bidet+WC combination in the bathroom was impressive, along with the huge fluffy bath towels provided. Another great convenience was having a kettle and fridge in the room.

The hotel's location in the Santa Maria Novella area was a major plus for me. It was at a walking distance to many attractions and just steps away from the Santa Maria Novella train station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and taking day trips. Additionally, I loved the rooms with a private patio. Sitting out under the stars in the evening was a delightful experience. The breakfast options were also impressive, with a good spread of dishes and even gluten-free options. The delicious desserts were a real treat!
